MJC presents free screening of Inequality for All
(Modesto, CA) – The Modesto Junior College Civic Engagement Project (CEP) invites the community to a screening of the film Inequality for All on Thursday, September 25, at 7 p.m. in Forum 110 on MJC’s East Campus, 435 College Avenue. The free event is part of the CEP Fall Film and Lecture Series.
Campus parking is available for $2 in student parking lots. Inequality for All seeks to raise awareness about the widening income gap in America. In this documentary, former U.S. Labor Secretary Robert Reich directs attention to important questions about economic inequality: why it exists, what effects it can have, and why we should care about it. Following the film there will be a facilitated discussion.
